This week we have enjoyed our Christmas party!
We had a super fun time dancing, playing party games and having some party food! Santa made a special visit that we all enjoyed. The children were very polite to Santa!
This week we also continued to develop skills we have been exploring this term. We have had lots of learning fun including: dot to dot, arts and crafts, addition and subtractions games, building, cutting and sticking activities, wrapping pretend presents, measuring ourselves, exploring Christmas stories and making Christmas cards!
We had a fantastic time at our singing competition organised by the house captains. Bells won and got extra play time. The singing was fantastic and all children had an enjoyable time.
Today we had a wonderful time singing with the whole school.
We also had a small focus on ‘Tricky Words’ and reviewed all the single sounds.
In Term 2 your child will receive individual sheets highlighting which words you can practise more at home.
Thank you all very much for your kind cards and gifts, it’s very generous and greatly apricated! I wish you and your family a wonderful, Merry and relaxing Christmas Break. Have fun and stay safe!
