P3 ICT / Health and Wellbeing

We are spending lots of time online at the moment and it is really important for us to think about keeping ourselves safe when using the internet or communicating with other people virtually.

Complete these activities over the next week, when an adult at home is able to sit with you. Choose from the adventures of Kara and Winston or the Think You Know website. You might even decide to do both.

Kara, Winston and the SMART Crew

Watch the videos of Kara, Winston and the SMART Crew and discuss them with an adult at home. You can watch all the videos in one go or split them up and watch them a chapter at a time. It’s up to you.

Once you have watched the videos, complete the quiz.

Think You Know?

Here are links to resources on a website called ‘Think You Know’. They are all about internet safety too. Once again, it’s best if you complete these at a time when an adult in your house is available and can discuss the videos and information from the website with you.

I suggest that you check you already know about the guidance given in the age 6-7 section.

What have you learnt about internet safety? Perhaps you could share the main thing you have learnt on Teams.
