In literacy we have covered:
- Writing – ‘Bonfire Night Safety’
- Writing Star Steps; use capital letters, finder spaces and full stops, using a connective word, neat handwriting and writing 2 or more sentences
- Sounding out/blending/spelling CVC words
- oy and oi diagraph
- Example oi words – join, boil, coin, foil
- Example oy words – boy, toy, annoy, enjoy
- Reading sentences and drawing pictures to match

Our P.E days are a Monday and Wednesday.

Outdoor Learning
We collected leaves, looked at and compared their colour, size, shape and features. We then created lovely and detailed lined drawings of them.
Other
This week the children also independently designed Christmas cards. They were encouraged to express and create pictures of what they thought was a Christmas scene.
