What a super week we had!
Health week has been fantastic! We would like to thank Mrs Conlin for all her work organising all the activities for us.
On Monday we started with Simon Says Dance. We had a fantastic time and all children joined in and loved it.
We also had games with P6 M. It was raining but this didn’t stop us!
On Tuesday Mrs Murray came to talk to us about the importance of handwashing and how to do it properly.
We did lovely pictures of us with our Buckstone Uniform.
What a great day we had. It was lovely to see all children joining in and parents cheering! They all tried their best.
In the afternoon we did fruit tasting and the scootathon.
On Thursday we learned about helmet safety and keeping safe ( medicines and harmful substances). We did a yoga session.
Our writing theme was Sports Day.
Throughout the week we have discussed the Wellbeing indicators: Safe, Healthy, Achieving, Nurtured, Active, Respected, Responsible and Included.
Let’s talk about learning..
- Please ask me how a helmet should fit me to keep me safe?
- Please ask me about the fruits I tried at school.
- Please ask me what I enjoyed best at Health week.
We hope you have a lovely weekend!
