Goodbye and Goodluck P2M

I would like to thank you so much for all of your support this year. I have really enjoyed teaching the class and I am really going to miss everyone!

I will take very fond memories of the class with me. My ‘best bits’ were… having our Polly Jean Pyjama Queen party, watching the Principia space mission taking off live and then watching Tim Peake live in the ISS, baking Victoria sponge and eating it for our snack (yummy), going back in time to the Victorian classroom on our trip, getting to watch everyone perform in the ‘Midwife Crisis’ nativity and then watching you all in our ‘On the Farm’ themed assembly! You have all made me smile throughout the year and you are all going to be superstars in Primary three!

Attendance on reports

I have had a few questions regarding the attendance on the end of the year reports.

Just to explain the numbers:

1 full day off = 2 absences (morning and afternoon)

Friday (half day) = 1 absence

Hope this helps 🙂

Miss Davidson.

You can keep the end of year report at home but must send back the child’s version with your comment.

Can PLPs be returned by Friday 24th so that we can copy and file sheets before the summer holidays.

The PLP is a useful transition document for the new teacher so we will send the PLP home after the summer holidays.

All library books should be returned next week.

Homework bags will no longer come home next week. We will be organising these in preparation for next year.

We will also send home gym bags next week. We will put any clothing or shoes left into the lost property box.

Thank you again!

Miss Davidson and Miss Murray 🙂

P2 Assembly

Just a little reminder that our assembly performance is tomorrow morning at 11.45am in the hall.

We will collect any P1 siblings before the performance begins so that they can be brought into the hall to watch with you.

Please can noise be kept down while the children are presenting so that information is not missed.

Looking forward to tomorrow!

Miss Davidson
